The Office of Communications & Marketing has created online meeting backgrounds that can be used to provide a more formal setting or infusing ACC pride into your meetings, classes, or virtual hangouts.
If you’re in a meeting and want to change your background, click on the arrow just to the right of the video icon, select Choose Virtual Background, and pick a new background.You can also add your own picture by selecting the plus icon on the very right of Choose Virtual Background. Select Virtual Background (or on a PC it might say, Background & Filters) on the left panel, and choose which background you want.Click on the settings icon on the top right of the window. Open the Zoom desktop application, and login if needed.
Scroll down until you see Virtual background, and click on the slider to turn it on.To do so, login to the web portal, and click on Settings on the left side panel. To use a virtual background on Zoom, you must first enable it.
